It hasn’t even launched in the states yet but this lipgloss crayon, Chinatown Glossy Pencils, from Poppy King next in the Lipstick Queen lineout. With colours inspired by Roman Polanski’s Chinatown movie (although I’m thinking Roman’s reportedly dodgy past might not make him the best of inspirations), the pencils are chunky and come with their own sharpeners. It made me think – lipgloss you can sharpen; that’s quite clever.

Even cleverer perhaps is Avon’s lip gloss pencil, which has a twistable end, so no sharpener needed at all! I found it quite good personally and reviewed it here:
