Well, it cannot be said that Nails Inc aren’t trying to rectify the situation, but the most fascinating thing to come to light so far is the fact that it is Westminster Council legislation that states manicurists aren’t allowed to clean under customer’s nails. Which is why the nail technician handed me an orange stick and told me to do it myself.
