A Tale of Two Nars Nail Polishes

I’ve just trialled two Nars Nail Polishes: Orgasm and Rouge Andalou. Much like the blush of the same name, I was really underwhelmed by Orgasm with it’s any-old-peach tones and distinct blah-ness and although it came out a while ago, it’s the first chance I’ve had to try it out. BUT, Rouge Andalou from the Holiday 09 collection is a whole other story. It’s an eye-popping, shimmering red with orange undertones that turns nails into vampish glamour in an instant. The colour went on beautifully; it needed two coats only to give the right depth and has a high gloss finish. 100% on my Christmas list.
