L'Occitane Does Make Up!

HEALTHY GLOW FACE POWDER - GOLDMINE

EYECOLOUR POWDER - HOPE

EYECOLOUR POWDER - DUCHESS DE MORNY

FACE COLOUR POWDER - RED CLOUD

I am absolutely sure that L'Occitane used to have a make up range but it's evening and there's nobody to ask - a quick scout around Googleverse doesn't do anything to confirm my suspicions. However, whether they did or they didn't, or indeed if they still do in some far flung places doesn't really matter, because I can reveal that in May the brand is launching some very lovely cosmetic pieces alongside a new fragrance, Paeonia. The make up consists of Facecolour Powders, Eyecolour Powders, Water Tints (for cheeks), a Face Illuminator and Liquid Shine Lip Colours, along with lip balm and lipsticks. The limited edition range has got it all when in comes to tempting packaging - and its great to see something a little bit different from the norm, with each product being sold in a 'seed packet' as outer wrapping. All the cosmetics contain peony extract, and mica coated with Mimosa from France to ensure it all glides on beautifully. The prices points are good, with Facecolour Powder Duos at £12.50 and Tinted Water, £9.50.

I think they used to have a cosmetic range years ago too - I can vaguely remember single eyeshadows and lipsticks.

I agree, this collection looks absolutely beautiful.

Yes they did. Jason, the PR, said it's the first make-up related thing in about ten years. And all they had were a few skin finishing products last time.

I remember they had bronzers and eyeshadows in some cardboard palette. This looks better though.

I was lucky enough to get some preview samples and have been using the Peony lip & cheek tint, it's a really pretty colour with a nice scent.

I thinks thats quite different packaging, looks intriguing, I will certainly check this out when it hits the stores as those prices are good.
