Another gorgeous collection from Chanel for Autumn 2010, with the predicted sell-out being Le Vernis in Paradoxical. Not sure why they’ve re-issued Jade Rose as part of the A/W collection…they can’t have run out of colours or anything! Can they?
Otherwise, without being amazing, Joues Contraste is a beautiful line-up – I love the blushes in pretty pinks and taupes, greys and khaki for eyes are a lovely contrast to a natural looking lip. The focus is on a cheek/eye harmony and possibly the best touch is that the baked blushes are fragranced with rose and wild rose. I like that a lot.
