I’m having a little ‘does not compute’ moment and wondering how on earth I’ve missed that Nicole by OPI (the more budget friendly OPI little sister) is in Boots. Not sure how this one passed me by – for all I know it’s been there for years. But, on an internet trawl for new and exciting beauty things, I found the Nicole by OPI Gossip Girl collection (USA only presently) – see above – and kinda liked it a lot. Has anyone else used Nicole? I’d love to know how it shapes up in comparison to grown-up OPI because at £6.95 a pot, it’s a lot more budget friendly.

I’ve tried City Pretty Rose, it’s a lot thinner than normal OPI, they’re 3 free too! Not sure it’s worth the price when OPI’s are so cheap on ebay though.
That is odd – I was browsing Boots online today and noticed this range too. I’d never seen it in the UK before. I haven’t tried it, but if I do order some I’ll let you know what it’s like.
Now if only we had Sephora by OPI here too, I would be very happy.
WHAT?! I’ve heard very good things about their glitters. Wonder if it’s in store. If so, I will be buying some soon!
Nicole used to make excellent duochrome polishes years ago. Will be looking out for these in Boots.
Ooh – I want these colours. I’ve not seen the range in Boots, but will look out for them. x
I knew that they sold them online but I’ve never found them in stores…

Hey BBB – the GG range just launched in Canada too and at the press event the PR told me it’s the same formula as regular OPI, just marketed differently (ie. mass retailers instead of salons). Now that could be wrong – I haven’t used it enough to notice a difference.
As for the colours – initially I was wary of all the glitter but they’re actually very pretty on your nails. The dark navy was by far the favourite of all the beauty eds.
They sell nicole by OPI in boots?!?!?! haha! I’ve not noticed that either but I had heard of Nicole… hmmm I will have to do some investigating!
