I love New York – I’ve been lots of times and run out of time on every single trip to do all the things I want to do! My stop offs always include the Anna Sui store, ABC Home and CO Bigelow, the apothecary style store in the West Village where I spend ages just browsing. (Oh, and I *might* go to Marc Jacobs too.) It feels like ages since I’ve been even though in reality its probably only two or three years and I’m getting that familiar craving to go back. But, at least a little bit of NY has made its way here in the shape of CO Bigelow beauty products at the Shop At Bluebird, which I have to say has a buyer who is really hot on it and bringing over some really unusual – and tempting – brands. Bigelow own label cleansers, toners, day creams and balms all feature in the line up. Unfortunately, there is no e-tail site yet, but hopefully that’s on its way. Til then you’ll just have to make it a stop off when you visit London. The Shop At Bluebird is at 350 Kings Road.

THE FABULOSITY LIST

I’m off to New York on Sunday – I haven’t been for three years and was starting to get that itch to head back. I have just added the apothecary style store to the ‘do to’ list – thank you for posting!
Not sure if you’re aware but a few years back the C.O. Bigelow brand was essentially licensed by Limited Brands – parent of the giant Bath & Body Works and Victoria’s Secret U.S. specialty stores. Thus the Bigelow branded products are designed/produced by Limited Brands and carried throughout the U.S. and online in BBW stores. For those of us who loved the quirky little apothecary in the Village it’s been a somewhat disappointing sell out.
I am heading over to Bluebird right now…I heart C.O. Bigelow
