This is a very, very tempting palette from Inglot. Designed initially with make up artists in mind, I think it could well be a winner for make up lovers, too. I know there is an Inglot store in the Westfield Shopping Centre in London, but I’ve never been so not sure if it is on sale there as my information on this product came from the US. Stateside, this palette will set you back $180.

inglot eyeshadows are great quality but i find the palettes really heavy, at least for my kit so i just put them in mac palettes after removing the divider

The Westfield Inglot store (Shepherds Bush) does stock the freedom palettes. They have a variety of other sizes as well as the 40 palette.
