Just about everyone loves Carmex lip balm so fans will be thrilled that it is now a) in a stick and b) tinted. The tints are really rather lovely – they give a good wash of colour that leaves an impression of pink or peach on the lips without overpowering them with dodgy colour. The actual colour inside isn’t well represented on the outside – the shades look a little bit wishy-washy on the tubes, but they’re actually pretty shades that anyone could wear. They do give a good dose of moisture – I personally don’t like anything vanilla flavoured and find these a little strong but if you like vanilla, it’s a no-brainer!
They’re £4.49 each, and there is also a clear one. They’re in Boots now and a very handy addition to an autumn makeup bag.

Hmm… I really hope they sell(or will soon) these in Germany too. In the winter time I’m a Carmex addict, and my lips need a touch of colour but I’m usualy too lazy to apply lipstick. So if they still do that great job as a moisturizer, they’re perfect for me!
I thought I was the only one who doesn’t like anything vanilla flavoured *or* scented! 🙂 This is too bad, the peach tinted balm looks like something I will totally go for too.
I’m going to scoot to the shops to check them out love Carmex, used to buy a stash when in the US and hoard them!
They look gorgeous, so much better than other lip-balms in a stick. I’ll definitely look out for these, especially in winter.
This is a great launch, there aren’t many other tinted balms out there in a stick at a reasonable price!
oo I love carmex, so hopefully these will be good 😀
