Here’s a first look at Vivo Cosmetics, heading into a Tesco store near you. It’s actually rather a nice range without being ultra-wow…I loved the Pearl Eyeshadows at £1.50 (although they are in texture so similar to MUA you might as well save 50p and get those) and also the lovely Blush & Highlighter Duos priced at £2.39 each. The Baked Shimmer Palette is £6 for a blush and four eye shades and Kohl Eyeliners are bright and bold in blues, greens and shimmery black at £1.50. I totally get it that this range is priced to go in your supermarket trolley without denting your weekly shopping bill unduly: it isn’t supposed to be an upmarket range, more a cosmetic pick n mix treat that doesn’t break the bank. For that market, it will certainly liven up the aisles when it launches in September.

I can’t wait for these to launch, Tesco is the only store dominating my small town and it will be nice to be able to get at least something other than their (rubbish) Barbara Daly stuff. I’ve heard good things about these from other bloggers
Haven’t seen any VIVO cosmetics for ages (last time was in a bargain bucket in bodycare), will have a look at these when they come out.

That is so cool to see a grocery store with their own makeup line. I wonder if it will catch on here in the states. *thinks of Safeway, Albertson’s, Ralphs.*
