Usually, I’m not really one for video promos but this one that shows Shu Uemura Holiday 2011 is really stunning. http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=10150278120196814 They’ve used award winning director, Wong Kar Wai to film it, and it shows. His style is one of nostalgia and contemporary cool – oh, and he always wears sunglasses.
The make up line includes an eye and cheek palette, mascara, false lashes, face powder, lipsticks, a mini-nail set (this I want to see!), and make up bag, mini brush set and cleansing oil.

wong kar wai’s work is really beautiful.. loved that video. not sure about the woman’s voice though. she sounds quite juvenile, fake and almost sarcastic =/ the visuals and music would have worked a lot better with a more sophisticated voice!
