Whaaat? This exists? I’ve just discovered these on Victoria Health and am definitely going to try them when I head to Hong Kong in a few weeks time. I had jet lag from California a few years ago so badly that it took two months to get over it and it has really put me off flying long haul so I’ve been avoiding it. However, the lure of Hong Kong is too strong, so I’ll try anything not to be up in the middle of the night for sixty days. I have Melatonin which my sis swears by, but I really like the sound of these tabs so I’ll be stocking up.

It says they are homeopathic. Homeopathy doesn’t work – there have been several scientific studies, which proved it is nonsense. When it works, it is always due to the placebo effect. Sorry to disappoint.
There’s another brand of these called ‘No Jet Lag’ which is really popular in New Zealand. Loads of people swear by them. Personally, I don’t remember to take them as often as you’re meant to!
They do work, I’ve used them on a few occasions. Homeopathy can work and a recent report by the Swiss Government states this.
I swear by Melatonin too!
im from hong kong!
im from hk!
I always take Melatonin, let us know how this works in comparison. Have a fun trip to Hong Kong!
