This is one of the best brushes I’ve come across to give that sexy, smudgy black line at the roots of the lashes with a powder liner or shadow. It’s very precise, just the right firmness and a very, very handy thing to have in your make-up back. It will also give the same precision under the lower lashes, as well as being brilliant with wet-powder kohl inside the inner rim. I think it is a snip at £17.50. Find it HERE
