Germaine de Capuccini Synergyage Mask
Germaine de Capuccini Synergyage Mask

This is a find! Germaine de Capuccini predominantly a spa brand and the Synergyage range is aimed at professional dermatologists and aestheticians.

The mask is totally power-packed, no doubt about that, containing three AHAs (glycolid, citric and tartaric acids) plus a physical exfoliant with wax microspheres. It’s a weekly treatment – if you have sensitive skin, then I’d leave it alone, to be honest – and boy, does skin look better for it. I was glowy and smooth skinned for a couple of days afterwards although it is predominantly aimed at clearing dark spots and pigmentation. I wouldn’t use it for that particularly because I just love the luminosity effect.

You leave it to dry after massaging over the face (it says for two or three minutes, but to be honest, that is a long old time just rubbing your face, so I probably managed about a minute), and then you can remove in two ways – either with a warm cloth or sweeping it with the fingertips to whisk away all the dry mask. That’s quite a rough way to do it, so again, any sensitivities, use the cloth  method.

You can find it for £30.85 HERE
